Our very first Bright Minds Live event will showcase the groundbreaking work of some of our university's most exciting early-career researchers.
Join us for an insightful panel discussion delving into cutting-edge research that's tackling some of the world's most pressing challenges. Our panel features:
- Dr. Sarah Moth-Lund Christensen, Fellow in AI and In/Equality: Exploring the critical intersection of artificial intelligence and social justice.
- Grace Faulkner, PhD Student: Investigating the complexities of cardiovascular disease to pave the way for earlier diagnosis and better treatments.
- Dr Harry Wright, Research Fellow: Championing sustainable food production through the innovative development of eco-friendly growing media from waste materials.
The discussion will be expertly chaired by Professor Tony Ryan, Co-Director of the Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures, who will guide our panelists through their fascinating research journeys, motivations, and future aspirations.
Drinks and canapés will be served. Guests welcome.
